Develop personalized, evidence-based care plans for patients; provide high-quality, outcomes-centric occupational therapy in an industrial rehabilitation setting; contribute to a collaborative team environment and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture; build lasting connections with patients and the community; participate in ongoing clinical education and mentorship programs, including in-house residencies, with a pathway toward clinic ownership/partnership; leverage innovative clinical technology to reduce documentation time and support return-to-work goals.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
