Job Summary

Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills for persons with disabilities or developmental delays. Develop key workflows, clinical protocols, and guidelines for the department while serving as a clinical instructor for assigned students. Mentor staff, coordinate education programs, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify clinical best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex problems and apply evidence-based practice to training materials. Maintain privacy and safety while adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations. Work full-time days (Friday through Thursday) with 32 weekly hours at a rate of $65.01 to $91.01 per hour.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
  • OT-Certification
  • Occupational Therapist Licensure
  • BLS-Certification
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience
