Job Summary
Evaluate and treat complex patients by conducting thorough assessments of physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion while educating patients and families on home exercises and self-management techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, implement discharge plans, and monitor progress to adjust treatment as needed. Assist with orientation and training of new staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, two years of experience, and NC licensure with BLS certification. This role operates in an acute care setting with a PRN schedule.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years
- Licensed by the North Carolina Occupational Therapy Board
- BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
