Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to deliver individualized school-based therapy to students under IEP/medical plans. Responsibilities include creating and delivering treatment programs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed, conducting comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments, completing annual and triennial reviews, and maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports. Must hold a current OT license (or be eligible) and meet state background/ TB clearance requirements; strong written/verbal English communication and experience in school or related settings preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state where services are delivered, or eligibility to obtain such licensure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state
