Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed to deliver individualized therapy to students in school settings. Create and deliver treatment programs based on IEPs or medical plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, oversee COTAs, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and complete annual/triennial reviews with thorough documentation and progress reports. Must hold a current OT license in the service state (or be eligible) and meet background clearance requirements. Strong written/verbal communication in English and experience with IEP processes, documentation systems, and school-based supports are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have: Current Occupational Therapist license in the state where services are delivered, or eligibility to obtain such licensure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state
