Occupational Therapist I or II - Inpatient

Evaluate and treat complex patients by conducting thorough assessments of physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion while educating patients and families on self-management techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create discharge plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions based on documented outcomes. Assist with orientation and training of new staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, two years of experience, and NC licensure.
