Job Summary
Occupational Therapist I provides evaluation and treatment within legal and professional guidelines and hospital policies; supervises Occupational Therapist Assistant and aides; evaluates and implements plan of care to improve daily living activities and functional mobility; performs documentation and quality improvement; opportunities for mentorship and PRN daytime work across Franciscan Health therapy locations in Indiana/Illinois.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program
- Valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state
- Experience or new graduate Occupational Therapist eligible
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment
- Travel is required: Never or Rarely (per posting)
