Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence. Document progress, adjust plans as needed, educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. Provide supervision and guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers a rate of approximately $40–50/hr with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and continuing education support. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current WA license (or eligibility)
