Job Summary
Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans to improve function and independence. Deliver therapeutic interventions, document progress, and adjust plans as needed. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule in a hospital setting in Dalhart, TX. New grads welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current TX license (or eligibility)
