Job Summary
Conduct home health visits in Cecil County, Maryland, performing thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, muscle function, and cognitive aspects to develop individualized intervention plans. Assess home environments for hazards, identify equipment needs, and educate patients and families on rehabilitative care to promote independent living. Continually revise care plans, collaborate with nursing on multidisciplinary strategies, and accurately document observations using electronic medical records. Earn $53.00-68.00 per point with a sign-on bonus for full-time employees. Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients.
Required Qualifications
- A current MD Occupational Therapist license
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Solid computer skills
