Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home assessments. Conduct diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests to determine levels of function. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes to the nurse supervisor and physician. Consult with physicians to develop therapy plans of care in coordination with the health care team. Provide services within the scope of practice defined by state laws using evidence-based techniques. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR certification, and a dependable vehicle. Annual total cash target pay ranges from $80,220 to $120,330 based on productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
