Job Summary
Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, assess daily living and work-related skills, and develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives. Administer and interpret function tests to assist physicians in evaluating patient function; collaborate with physicians and the rehab team to develop and revise the Plan of Care; deliver therapy to improve or restore strength, coordination, range of motion, and function; supervise and educate staff and family, document care observations, and coordinate discharge planning and community reintegration activities.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted OT licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver‘s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
