Occupational Therapist Home Health-PRN

Assess and screen patients' daily living skills to develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives. Administer diagnostic tests, confer with physicians to revise Plans of Care, and provide treatment instruction to restore strength and function. Consult with vocational team members to implement reintegration plans and design community activities for physical and psychological adjustment. Supervise OT assistants and aides, train family members on hygiene skills, and recommend adaptive equipment. Document all care observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately while reporting progress to the clinical team.
