Occupational Therapist Home Health PRN

Assess and screen patients' daily living skills, develop therapeutic retraining programs, and administer diagnostic tests to evaluate function. Confer with physicians and the care team to develop and revise the Plan of Care, while providing instruction to improve strength, coordination, and range-of-motion. Review retraining programs, consult on vocational plans, and design community reintegration activities. Recommend adaptive equipment, train staff and families on hygiene and daily skills, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants. Document care observations, implement interim orders, and submit evaluations and discharge summaries. Work as a per diem associate with a weekly schedule of one day, earning $54.00 to $76.00 per visit.
