Occupational Therapist Home Health-PRN

Assess and screen patients' daily living skills to develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives. Administer diagnostic tests in home settings, confer with physicians to revise Plans of Care, and provide instruction to restore strength, coordination, and range-of-motion. Review retraining programs, consult with vocational team members, and design community reintegration activities. Recommend adaptive equipment, train staff and families on hygiene and dressing skills, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants. Document care observations, interventions, and evaluations daily, then submit treatment plans and discharge summaries to supervisors.
