Occupational Therapist / Home Health / PRN

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders, recommending and procuring adaptive equipment. Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize patient independence and function. Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family members while documenting services thoroughly for billing. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in direct patient care and related activities in accordance with state practice acts.
