Occupational Therapist Home Health-Per Diem

Assess patients' daily living skills, administer diagnostic tests, and develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives. Confer with physicians and the care team to revise the Plan of Care, provide treatment and instruction to restore function, and design community reintegration activities. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, document patient observations and interventions, and coordinate discharge planning. Report patient status to the physician and clinical staff while recommending adaptive equipment to improve residence environments. Requires current OT licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Pay per visit ranges from $54.00 to $76.00; annualized base pay for full-time equivalent is $85,400 to $117,500.
