Job Summary
Evaluate patient function and initiate graded functional Occupational Therapy activities to relieve pain, prevent disability, and restore daily living skills. Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, and other medical professionals to maximize patient independence and overall success. Provide per diem home health support at the Thousand Oaks branch with a rate of $75 per visit plus $11 mileage. Requires an accredited OT degree, current licensure, and at least one year of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist
- At least one year of experience in occupational therapy
