Job Summary
Occupational Therapist opportunity in Skagit County delivering home health services with high autonomy and travel. Responsibilities include ongoing interdisciplinary assessment and development of individualized care plans, patient/family/caregiver education and counseling, evaluating functional status and home environment for hazards, identifying equipment needs, participating in total care planning, supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, and discharge planning. Preferred experience in Home Health or post-acute care; familiarity with EMR systems (Homecare Homebase) is a plus. Schedule includes Monday–Friday day shifts with self-directed scheduling based on patient needs and territory; mileage reimbursement and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an OT program accredited by ACOTE (AOTA) or successor organization
- Must be licensed to practice in Washington State
- Must be eligible for or have taken NBCOT certification examination
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for agency-related travel
