Job Summary
Provides Occupational Therapy (OT) services to patients through assessment, planning, and treatment implementation. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic activities, applying modalities and adaptations, and educating patients and families while addressing durable medical equipment (DME) needs. The role requires maintaining documentation according to Home Health policies, performing additional duties as assigned, and fostering teamwork through communication with various healthcare disciplines. Must possess a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, hold a SC OT License, and be NBCOT certified.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program
- SC License in OT
- NBCOT Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Home Health experience preferred
- BLS certification
