Conduct one-on-one care in patients' homes, examining, evaluating, and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate functional limitations while reducing injury risks and promoting fitness across all age groups. Manage administration, consultation, education, and research duties while maintaining effective professional behavior and utilizing EPIC for documentation.
