Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one care in patients' homes, examining, evaluating, and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate functional limitations while reducing injury risks and promoting fitness across all age groups. Manage administration, consultation, education, and research duties while maintaining effective professional behavior and utilizing EPIC for documentation. This role offers a 30-point weekly productivity model with flexible scheduling and includes up to $10,000 in hiring incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Florida State Occupational Therapist Licensure
- BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)
