Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping them regain independence by examining, evaluating, and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments. Design, implement, and modify treatment interventions to alleviate functional limitations while reducing injury risk and promoting fitness across all ages. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized plans, administer care, and provide education and research support. Maintain active Florida State Occupational Therapist licensure and BLS certification. Operate within a 30-point weekly productivity model using the EPIC EMR system.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Florida State Occupational Therapist Licensure
- BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)
