Job Summary
Examine, evaluate, and test individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate functional limitations while reducing injury risks and promoting fitness across all age groups. Conduct administration, consultation, education, and research activities while maintaining effective professional behavior. Provide one-on-one care in patients' homes to help them regain independence, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans. Manage a 30-point weekly productivity model based on visit types to ensure manageable scheduling for high-quality, individualized care.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Florida State Occupational Therapist Licensure
- BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)
