Job Summary
Conduct assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment. Determine treatment plans, perform interventions aimed at improving patient well-being, and evaluate patient progress based on defined occupational therapy needs. Requires a Master's Degree in occupational therapy, Registered OT license, and valid driver's license. Full-time home health role with schedule flexibility at Piedmont Augusta Hospital in North Augusta, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as biology, psychology, or health sciences
- Master's Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- OT - Occupational Therapist – Registered
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- Current driver's license
