Job Summary
Provide client-centered occupational therapy in patients’ homes across Fairfax County, VA. Evaluate clients, develop and implement treatment plans, and help clients relearn daily living tasks. Educate families, recommend equipment, and document progress. Requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, Virginia OT license, and at least 2 years of Home Health OT experience with CPR certification.
