Job Summary
Evaluates patients' functional abilities and needs in home health, develops individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and the care team, delivers skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing, independence, and quality of life, monitors progress with timely documentation, educates patients and families to build understanding and engagement, collaborates with interdisciplinary partners for safe transitions of care, and mentors therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare's mission and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist
- State license in practicing state
- Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance
- Must have valid driver's license
