Job Summary
Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Deliver comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. This full-time, day-shift role requires a Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree, valid state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Adventist Health operates home health and hospice agencies across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington, offering personalized in-home care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- License obtained on or after January 2007
- Foreign equivalent to the Master's degree or OTD
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
