Job Summary
Plan and conduct treatment segments to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time day shift (8 hours) based in Arbuckle, CA. Adventist Health offers personalized in-home care across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
