Job Summary
Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and supervise assigned assistants. Perform other job-related duties as assigned and ensure comprehensive clinical documentation is completed within established deadlines. Requires Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time day shift (8 hours) in Lincoln, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
