Job Summary
Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and establish individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and create discharge plans communicated to relevant parties. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Ensure all clinical documentation is comprehensive and accurate within established deadlines. Maintain Occupational Therapy licensure and valid driver's license as required for state practice.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
