Job Summary
Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while serving as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Provides evaluations, establishes individualized treatment plans, delivers therapy interventions using established protocols, ensures discharge and documentation, and supervises assigned assistants. Requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy, active OT licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. Job located in-home across California and other states as applicable, with required vaccinations per organizational policy. E-Verify participation is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- CPR or BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License and age 21+
