Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Supervise assigned assistants and ensure all clinical documentation is comprehensive and accurate within established deadlines. Maintain Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Requires a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Located in Sandy, OR, this full-time role supports Adventist Health's home health and hospice agencies across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
