Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain a valid driver's license and hold required Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree. Located in Jamestown, CA, this full-time role supports Adventist Health's home health and hospice agencies across the West Coast.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
