Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using established protocols, complete comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines, and supervise assigned assistants. Requires Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role based in Vancouver, WA, with Adventist Health's commitment to patient safety and vaccination requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- License obtained on or after January 2007
- Foreign equivalent to the Master's degree or OTD
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
