Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical protocols. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain valid driver's license and CPR certification required for home health practice. Located in Washougal, WA, this full-time role supports Adventist Health's home care and hospice agencies across the Pacific Northwest.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- License obtained on or after January 2007
- Foreign equivalent to the Master's degree or OTD
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
