Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while leading interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations, establish individualized care and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using established protocols. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain a full-time schedule in Angels Camp, CA, with required vaccinations and E-Verify compliance. Join a faith-based nonprofit integrated health system serving over 100 communities across the West Coast and Hawaii.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- License obtained on or after January 2007
- Foreign equivalent to the Master's degree or OTD
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
