Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, supervise assigned assistants, and perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Requires Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role based in Clackamas, OR, with Adventist Health's commitment to patient safety and vaccination requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
