Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Located in Troutdale, OR, this full-time role requires a Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
