Job Summary
Conduct home health and hospice therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques while completing evaluations to ensure quality standards. Provide personalized in-home care across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington, adhering to Adventist Health's commitment to patient safety and wellbeing. Maintain required Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR or BLS certification, and annual vaccinations as conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
