Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, use clinical techniques to establish individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Establish care and discharge plans, communicate them to relevant parties, and perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- License obtained on or after January 2007
- Foreign equivalent to the Master's degree or OTD
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
