Job Summary
Provide one-on-one occupational therapy care to adult and geriatric patients in the home health setting, scheduling directly with clients to plan days around personal appointments. Visit multiple patients daily, driving 20–40 minutes between homes, while maintaining daytime availability between 7 AM and 6 PM. This role offers flexibility for those managing family events, with competitive pay per visit or hourly, plus relocation assistance and a travel stipend. U.S. citizenship or Green Card status is required alongside an active license and minimum one year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Active OT license in the state of practice
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card
- 1 year of OT experience
- Daytime availability between 7 AM and 6 PM
- Comfortable with driving 20–40 minutes between homes
