Job Summary
Conduct in-home occupational therapy sessions for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, focusing on improving ADLs, home safety, motor skills, cognitive function, and adaptive equipment use. Perform 45-minute therapy sessions, typically 2–3 visits per patient weekly, while managing a caseload of 1 to 7 patients. Document all sessions using our easy-to-use platform. Requires an active California Occupational Therapist license, current CPR certification, and a physical exam within the past year. This therapist-owned company offers mentorship and flexible schedules within the Bakersfield area.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Current CPR certification
- Physical exam within the past year
- Negative TB test
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
