Job Summary
Occupational Therapist, Home Health providing in-home rehabilitation to improve strength, coordination, range of motion and independence; assess and retrain patients’ daily living/work-related skills; develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives; collaborate with physicians and care team to update the Plan of Care; document care observations and discharge plans; supervise staff involved in therapy and coordinate with interdisciplinary team to support community reintegration.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current and unrestricted OT licensure
- Current CPR certification
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
