Job Summary
Conduct treatment program segments to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and valid driver's license. Located in Netarts, OR; Adventist Health offers personalized in-home care across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- License obtained on or after January 2007
- Foreign equivalent to the Master's degree or OTD
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
