Job Summary
Assess patient daily living skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives. Administer diagnostic tests to evaluate function, confer with physicians to revise treatment plans, and provide instruction to restore strength and coordination. Design community reintegration activities, recommend adaptive equipment, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants. Document care observations and submit discharge summaries while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted OT licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- TB screening eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum six months of occupational therapy experience
- Home Health experience
