Occupational Therapist Home Health

Assess patients' daily living skills, administer diagnostic tests, and develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives. Confer with physicians and the care team to revise treatment plans, provide instruction to improve strength and function, and design community reintegration activities. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, document care observations and interventions, and coordinate discharge planning. Recommend adaptive equipment and train family members on hygiene and dressing skills. Maintain a 40-hour weekly schedule at a pay rate of $54.00 to $76.00 per visit.
