Job Summary
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, assess and screen patients' daily living/work-related skills; develop and administer therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives; interpret functional tests; collaborate with physicians and care teams to revise the Plan of Care; provide therapy to improve/restore strength, coordination, ROM and function; educate patients and families; design adaptive equipment and home/work environment modifications; supervise OT staff and aides; document care observations and evaluations; participate in discharge planning and care coordination; contribute to community reintegration and vocational planning.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted OT licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
