Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in home health settings, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and supervision of occupational therapy practice. Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures, re-evaluate and adapt treatment plans to maximize benefit, and assist patients in using assistive and supportive devices. Confer with physicians and other practitioners to integrate OT with overall care and collaborate on revisions to treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Driver's License
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
