Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for Bayada Home Health Care — full-time home health role performing patient visits across Dover, Milford, Lincoln, Harrington, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive functional assessments, evaluating cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects, developing and adjusting individualized intervention plans, identifying environmental hazards and equipment needs, collaborating with nursing within multidisciplinary care plans, educating patients and families, and documenting care using EMR on a per-visit basis. Requires DE OT license and accreditation, strong time-management and communication skills, and comfort working independently in home settings. Sign-on bonus available; competitive salary at $113k–$118k annually with potential benefits and career advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- DE Occupational Therapist license
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
