Job Summary
Conduct home health and hospice therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques to restore physical, social, and mental functions. Plan and lead interdisciplinary treatment programs while supervising assigned assistants. Complete comprehensive evaluations, establish individualized care and discharge plans, and ensure accurate clinical documentation meets quality standards and deadlines. Maintain valid Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a driver's license to serve patients across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- License obtained on or after January 2007
- Foreign equivalent to the degree or licensure
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
